She Became a Mother. Then She Found Herself Again.

I’m Renuka Joshi, Founder of REITH.

My life changed beautifully when I became a mother.

My days became about my child, my family, and the responsibilities that came with them. Somewhere along the way, I stopped making space for myself, my dreams, and the woman I was before motherhood.

But motherhood taught me something important — a woman can pause without giving up on her dreams. She can change, grow, and still find her way back to herself.

That feeling became the beginning of REITH.

REITH was born from a desire to celebrate women like me — the mother, the professional, the traveller, the dreamer, and the woman discovering herself along the way.

But REITH is also a reminder to my son, Viransh. I want him to grow up knowing that challenges are not something to fear or run away from. They are opportunities to become stronger, learn, grow, and find your way forward. Through my own journey, I want to show him that it is okay to pause, start again, dream again, and face life with courage.

I wanted to create minimal, versatile jewellery that moves effortlessly with her — pieces that feel beautiful in everyday moments and wherever her journey takes her.

Because every woman has a story. Every chapter deserves to be celebrated. And sometimes, finding your way back to yourself begins with something as simple as wearing a piece that feels like you.
